From the Suffolk County News, 5 Jul 1912:
"Hampton Terry, son of Mr and Mrs. L. Emory Terry and Edward White, Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward P. White of Southampton, will accompany the Rev. Jesse Halsey on his return to Labrador and will spend the summer there. Both are pupils of the Southampton High School and are just completing their year's work there. They left Friday to join Mr. Halsey in Boston, whence their ship will sail. Mr. Halsey has been engaged during the past year in assisting Dr. Wilfred T. Grenfell in his mission work in Labrador and has charge of the station at Battle Harbor."
